Venue is Coopers' Co. & Coborn School, St. Mary's Lane, Upminster (map).
Times for all dates are 10.00hrs to 12.00hrs.

Havering Fencing Club (HFC) will meet as often as possible on a mixture of Saturday and Sunday mornings. The proposed venue is the gymnasium at Coopers' Co. & Coborn School, Upminster, Essex.

Dates of meetings will be scheduled to fit the trainer’s schedules. These will be published and a copy handed to each member.

Membership is aimed at young people primarily living or attending a school in the borough of Havering although applicants from outside the borough will be considered if numbers permit.

Sessions will usually be for 2 hours although this may be amended. Start time to be 10.00hrs.

An annual fee of £15 will be charged for each member. There will also be an attendance fee of £2 per session. All fees will be paid to Havering Fencing Club. Cheques for payment should be made out to Havering Fencing Club. No refunds will be given.

All members MUST ask a parent or guardian to complete a formal application form. Copies are available from either Prof. Mike Joseph or Mr. Peter Farenden.

No fees will be paid to trainers other than visiting coaches expenses.

Beginners are advised to bring tracksuit and trainers. Those that have their own fencing kit should bring it with them. Fencing will not be permitted if these items are not brought.

It is advisable that all members bring water to drink.

B.A.F. Proficiency Awards will be available for those wishing to take them.

All teachers and coaches will have C.R.B. check verification.

Havering Fencing Club is a member of The Jack Petchey Foundation, Bronze level.
